Abstract:
Taking Pleurotus nebrodensis ‘Baiza65’ as the test material.The response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the liquid fermentation conditions of Pleurotus nebrodensis,and the optimal combination of carbon,nitrogen and inoculum was studied,in order to provide a reference for the industrialized production of Pleurotus nebrodensis.The results showed that the mycelium biomass reached a maximum of 2.145 g at 25 ℃ and 170 r·min-1 for 6 days with the concentration of glucose 24.590 g·L-1,yeast extract 7.433 g·L-1,inoculation quantity 10.929%.
