Abstract:
Taking biennial wolfberry variety ‘Ningqi No.1’ as the test material,the design depth (set 0-20 cm,20-40 cm,40-60 cm three levels),nitrogen application amount was subarea (set 0 kg·hm-2,225 kg·hm-2,450 kg·hm-2,675 kg·hm-2,900 kg·hm-2five levels),the influence of different nitrogen dosage and nitrogen depth on wolfberry protection enzyme activity,chlorophyll and yield was studied.In order to provide a basis for farmers to plant wolfberry in the nitrogen application depth and nitrogen dosage.The results showed that increasing nitrogen fertilizer was beneficial to improve the activity of POD.At the nitrogen application of 225-450 kg·hm-2,the activity of POD was significantly higher than the other two treatments;the depth of 0-40 cm.The SOD activity of seven-inch branches increased with the nitrogen application,but the SOD activity of Chinese wolfberry decreased after the nitrogen application depth is higher than 40 cm.The chlorophyll content increased with the increasing nitrogen dosage and the nitrogen application depth.Wolfberry production with the increasing of nitrogen application,with the increasing of fertilization depth also showed the trend of first increased and then decreased.The nitrogen combination A1B4 at the highest Chinese wolfberry output was 412.42 kg.
