Abstract:
‘Shuguang No.5’ and ‘Shuguang No.6’ Jinsixiaozao were selected from the population of jujube production orchard.The fruits of these two cultivars are of large fruit type,with deep red luster and resistance to fruit cracking.‘Shuguang No.5’ has a single fruit weight of 12.64 g,an edible rate of 95.08%,a soluble solid content of 37.7%,a vitamin C content of 3.21 mg?g-1,and a total sugar content of 24.6%,the drying rate of 54.6%.‘Shuguang No.6’ has a single fruit weight of 12.25 g,an edible rate of 95.13%,a soluble solid content of 36.9%,a vitamin C content of 3.07 mg?g-1,a total sugar content of 25.3%,a drying rate of 55.1%.‘Shuguang No.5’ and ‘Shuguang No.6’ have the same phenological period in the Cangzhou region,the germination period is normal in the middle of April,the initial flowering period is in the middle of June,and the peak flowering period is in the middle and late of June,and the white ripening period is in the late September and the middle of October,the middle and late November is the defoliation stage.It is suitable to be cultivated in the suitable growing region of Jinsixiaozao in Hebei Province.
