Abstract:
There were three varieties of red cluster peppers and line peppers in cluster as screening varieties,respectively.Using pot experiment,cultivated in soil contaminated by Cd.After the harvest,the changes of Cd content in the fruits,roots and soil around the roots to explore Cd accumulation ability of different cultivars were analyzed,in order to provide reference for the promotion of suitable varieties.The results showed that,1) the contents of Cd in the root and the fruit of line peppers in cluster were lower than red cluster peppers.The Cd content of CX3 fruit was the lowest,and lower than the limition of national food safety standard GB2762-2012 (Cd<0.05 mg·kg-1).2) The transport ability of red cluster peppers was higher line peppers in cluster.With the exception of CC1,the migration coefficient of other varieties was less than one.3) The root and fruit accumulation ability of line peppers in cluster were lower than red cluster peppers.The accumulation coefficients of edible parts of line peppers in cluster were less than one.In general,Cd content of the fruit did not exceed the standard for the variety CX3,in which the migration coefficient and accumulation coefficient were less than one.Therefore,it is suitable to be popularized and applied in karst area.
