Abstract:
Pleurotus giganteus was used as test material.Several factors as for different medium,temperature,pH,metal ion,concentrations of triacontanol and light conditions were tested to analyse effects of the spores germination of Pleurotus giganteus.In order to screen out the optimal conditions for spore germination and provide favorable conditions for single spore strain obtaining in Pleurotus giganteus genetic breeding.The results showed that the optimum medium was 20% potato+2% peptone,20% potato+2% soluble starch and 2% peptone.The optimum temperature was 30 ℃.The optimum pH was 5-6.The optimal metal ion was ZnSO4.The optimum concentration of triacontanol was 0.050 mg?(100mL)-1.Dark condition were favorable for spore germination.
