Abstract:: Based on the whole industrial chain of Auricularia auricula，this study made a comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of the present industrial situation of Auricularia auricula in China，focusing on the links of production，consumption，processing，circulation，trade and price，pointed out the main problems of industrialization division of labor，single processing mode and weak brand building ability in China，and the risks of restricting industrial development by low resources，environment and price；put forward the active guidance of government departments to strengthen industrialization，intensive and characteristic production；actively developed alternative materials and bacteria residue application technology to develop circular economy；developed individualized Auricularia auricula refined and deep processing products to extend the industrial chain；strengthened the standard To strengthen the brand construction of Auricularia auricula，to strengthen the training guidance and to improve the professional quality of producers.
