Abstract:
Morchella is a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungus,which is rich in nutrients and of high economic value.It is popular among the public,and wild morchella is in short supply.The artificial cultivation of morchella developed rapidly and made great progress.The outdoor cultivation of morchella has reached maturity.But the indoor cultivation of morchella and liquid fermentation of morchella are still in the stage of development and need to be further broken through.The study reviewed the domestic and foreign researchers about morchella cultivated and summarized the researching achievements of morchella artificial cultivation technology progress so far,the essay mainly introduced the preparation technology of morchella,field cultivation technology of morchella and factory production of morchella and puted forward some problems of morchella artificial cultivation,the hope could give morchella the continued development of the artificial cultivation to provide some reference value.
