Abstract:
Taking Agaricus bisporus residue as the research object,the waste material of Agaricus bisporus was fermented by setting different amount of fermentation bacteria,sucrose and urea,and the bulk density,total porosity,aeration porosity,water holding porosity,electrical conductivity (EC) and pH were measured and analyzed after the fermentation of different treatments of Agaricus bisporus.The plant height,sugar content and yield of cucumber were measured and analyzed,in order to explore the reasonable proportion of fermentation additives.The results showed that 1 000 kg of dregs added with 8 kg of wheat bran fermentation bacteria,6 kg of sucrose and 6 kg of urea could be fully fermented after 20-25 days.The growth rate,sugar content and yield of the fermented dregs were the highest and significantly higher than that of the control.
