Abstract:
The four-year-old ‘Orin’ and ‘Gala’ potted apple trees were used as experimental materials,the method of artificially simulating high temperature was used,the effects of high temperature stress on the physiological and biochemical indexes of apple leaves were studied,in order to provide a reference for the indepth study of the thermal damage of apple leaves.The results showed that the heat damage rate and heat damage index of new shoot leaves of ‘Orin’ new shoot leaves were 27.96% and 5.59 at 12 hours,which were higher than those of ‘Gala’,23.33% and 4.67.Under high temperature stress,the chlorophyll content of the leaves of the two cultivars showed a gradual decrease.With the extension of high temperature time,the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves of the two cultivars gradually decreased,the intercellular CO2 concentration gradually increased,and the stomatal conductance and transpiration rate both increased first and then decreased,and reached the peak at 3 hours.Production rate of superoxide anion,malondialdehyde content and relative conductivity continued to increase.The soluble protein content and the activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase all showed a pattern of first increasing and then decreasing,and reached the peak at 6 hours of high temperature stress.
