Abstract:
Morchella spp.,Auricularia auricula(L.ex Hook.)Underwood,Agrocybecylindracea,Ganoderma sinense,Coriolus versicolor,Pleurotus ostreatus,Lentinula edodes and Pleurotus eryngii were used as test materials.The allelopathy of water extract of spent substract of Lentinula edodes on the mycelium growth of eight edible mushrooms were investigated using petri dishes approach,in order to provide a reference for the recycling of spent substrate to cultivate edible mushroom.The rusults showed that water extract of spent substrate of Lentinula edodes had different effects on the growth of mycelium.The mycelium of Auricularia auricula (L.ex Hook.)Underwood,Ganoderma sinense,Coriolus versicolor grew better with water extract,while the mycelia of Agrocybe cylindracea,Pleurotus ostreatus,Lentinula edodes,Pleurotus eryngii were first grew better than inhibited with the concentration of water extracts.However Morchella spp.was inhibited by spent substrate extracts.
