Abstract:
Taking Lentinula edodes ‘9608’ as test material,the effects of cytokinin on budding time,yield,biological efficiency,protein and polysaccharide content of fruiting body of Lentinula edodes were studied by spraying different concentrations of cytokinin solution,in order to provide a reference for increasing yield,the content of protein and polysaccharide.The results showed that spraying different concentrations of cytokinin solution could shorten the budding time of Lentinula edodes,spraying 15 mg·L-1 cytokinin solution had the most obvious effect on the first crop yield and biological efficiency of Lentinula edodes.Spraying 30 mg·L-1 cytokinin solution had the most obvious effect on the protein content and polysaccharide content of Lentinula edodes.
