Abstract:
The test material Lentinus edodes strains was preserved by the Guizhou Institute of Biology.And the ITS identification was carried out.According to basic biological research methods,the effects of different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,temperature and pH on the growth of the Lentinus edodes mycelium were studied in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of wild Lentinus edodes mycelium resources.The results showed that the selected strain was an evolutionary branch of Lentinus edodes,which was different from other edible fungi of Lentinus.And the optimal carbon source of wild Lentinus edodes mycelium was sucrose,the optimal nitrogen source was peptone,the optimal pH was 7-10,and the optimal culture temperature was between 23 ℃ and 25 ℃.
