Abstract:
The culitivation technology of Pholiota nameko with plastic bag in high-altitude and cold area was summarized.According to practice in cultivation and production,it included growth and development conditions，the selection of cultivation facilities,the main aspects of strains selection,shelf type design seasonal arrangement,cultivation technology,and etc.
