Abstract:
In order to select a good fermentation producing strain of gibberellin，comparative analysis were made in lipase activity，nystatin resistance and production efficiency of 15 strains Gibberella fujikuroi producing gibberellin.The results showed that GA-YJ1704 and GA-YJ1715 strains with high inheritance stability and high fermentation efficiency were screened.The fermentation potency of GA-YJ1704 and GA-YJ1715 strains were 4.67 g?kg-1 and 4.77 g?kg-1 dry basis respectively.The results had great significance for the solid fermentation of gibberellin.
