Abstract:
In order to screen new varieties and provide theoretical basis for industrial structure adjustment and cultivation scale expansion of high temperature Lentinus edodes,the performances of twelve different sources of Lentinus edodes strains including L808 which was chosen as control train,were investigated by mycelium growth rate,stick rotten ratio,fruiting agronomic trait,yield,biological efficiency,standard ratio and economic benefit using the high temperature Lentinus edodes strain evaluation method.The results showed that all tested strains were succeed during high temperature which range from 21.9 ℃ to 33.4 ℃,while the performances of the mycelium growth rate,stick rotten ratio,agronomic trait,yield,biological efficiency,standard ratio and economic benefit of tested strains were significant difference.Comprehensive analysis,strain of 0912 performed well in all tested aspects which suit high temperature cultivation,the average economic benefit of stick was RMB 7.63.
