Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to optimize fermentation conditions for Marasmius epiphyllus,the wild strain ME-1 of Marasmius epiphyllu was investigated by using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,mycelial biomass was chosen for main index of evaluation to optimize fermentation broth and liquid fermentation conditions.The results showed that the optimal medium formula consists of 3% maltose,2% yeast powder,0.15% KH2PO4,0.1% MgSO4·7H2O,the fermentation conditions were as follows:fermentation temperature of (27±1)℃,rotary speed of 150 r·min-1,the initial pH of 5-6,fluid volume of 140 mL·(500mL)-1,the mycelial biomass reached 1.472 g·(100mL)-1 under this fermentation condition.In this study,the yield of the mycelium ME-1 was increased,which can provide a theoretical basis for further studies on solid fermentation and quality evaluation of fermentation products.
