Abstract:
As the characteristic agricultural product of Sixian county,through the three years′ research achievement,the experimental results of technicians and the local farmers′ experience accumulated in the long-term cultivation process,a set of efficient cultivation and storage technology system of spaghetti squash have been formed to promote its large-scale planting and promotion across the country,mainly including variety selection,pre sowing treatment,sowing,planting,field management and storage.The results showed that the spaghetti squash had the advantages of high yield,high quality and rich nutrition under this cultivation technology and had the advantages of low corruption rate,less nutrient loss and long storage period under the storage condition.Our study made up the shortage of cultivation and storage technology of spaghetti squash in China,improved the commodity,increased the yield,extended the storage period,further promoted the income of farmers,and maximized the economic benefit of spaghetti squash industry.
