Abstract:
Pathogens which caused Citrullus lanatus leaves were gotten by tissue isolated method.Species identification of Citrullus lanatus gummy stem blight in 7 cities and counties of Jilin Province was done by pathogenicity,and the susceptibility of the pathogen representative strains in different areas to 24 fungicides was tested to determine effective treatments for controlling Citrullus lanatus gummy stem blight by the method of mycelia growth rate.The results showed that morphology and triple PCR.334 strains of Stagonosporopsis spp.were obtained,including 332 dominant strains of S.citrulli,and only two strains of S.caricae.the sensitivity of representative strains from different area to the same fungicides was slight different significantly.The pathogen was high sensitive to 16 fungicides including 450 g·L-1 prochloraz EW,their EC50 value lower than 20.0 mg·L-1.
