Abstract:
Taking Hemsleya emeiensis L.T.Shen as raw material,single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the extraction process of the Cucurbitacin IIa,and the bacteriostatic of the Cucurbitacin IIa was determined by filter paper.In order to lay foundation for the extraction technology and bacteriostasis of Cucurbitacin IIa from Hemsleya emeiensis L.T.Shen.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were microwave optimal extraction power 400 W,microwave optimal extraction time 7 minutes,solid-liquid ratio 1∶25 g?mL-1,ethanol concentration 90%(v/v),and the extraction rate was 3.802 6 mg?g-1.The crude extracts of petroleum ether phase,ethyl acetate and n-butanol from Hemsleya emeiensis L.T.Shen showed good bacteriostasis to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the concentration range.
