Abstract:
The spot disease leaf of kiwifruit was used as material,the effect of microorganisms on leaf spot disease of kiwifruit was studied by high-throughput sequencing method.In order to provide research basis for the cause and targeted control of kiwifruit leaf spot disease.The results showed that total of 18 473 high-quality bacterial sequences were obtained from the diseased leaves,including 14 bacterial phylum and 77 bacterial genera;and 43 229 high-quality fungal sequences,including 3 fungal phylum and 145 fungal genera.Gain the dominant Pseudomonas of diseased leaves and the dominant fungal species Cercospora agavicola.
