Abstract:
Portulaca oleracea was used as the test material,and non-invasive micro-test technique was used,the changes of Ca2+,K+and Na+ flux at the root tip of P.oleracea after NaCl treatment were studied,in order to explore the effect of salt stress on it.The results showed that NaCl treatment resulted in K+ efflux.Ca2+ efflux after 100 mmol?L-1 NaCl treatment,Ca2+ turned to influx after 200 mmol?L-1 and 300 mmol?L-1 NaCl treatment,and the flux increased with the increasing of treatment time and concentration.NaCl treatment at 3 hours and 6 hours,Na+ was efflux.At 12 hours and 24 hours,Na+ turned to influx.The flux of Na+ was increased with the increasing of NaCl concentration.
