Abstract:
Cultivated Astragali Radix in Ningxia was used as experimental material,and determined the contents of astragaloside and isoflavone glucoside in two years old and three years old Astragali Radix from different producing areas by HPLC.Established HPLC-ELSD-DAD contrast fingerprint of Astragali Radix in Ningxia,analyzed fingerprint by similarity evaluation.Researched on pattern recognition by principal component analysis,in order to provide basis for scientific evaluation and effective control of the quality of Astragali Radix in Ningxia.The results showed that the similarity between HPLC-ELSD-DAD fingerprint of 31 batches Astragali Radix and reference fingerprint was above 0.90 and 0.85.The longer growth years of Astragali Radix,the higher cumulative contribution rate of the first principal component.The main components content of Astragali Radix in Yanchi area of Ningxia were obviously different from that of other producing areas.In conclusion,the established HPLC-ELSD-DAD fingerprint had good characteristics,which provided a reference for the overall quality control of Astragali Radix in Ningxia.
