Abstract:
According to the research on the current situation of green supply chain development of 20 vegetable enterprises in Beijing city,this study constructed the theoretical model of green supply chain operation of local vegetable enterprises in Beijing city.By extracting the evaluation index by principal component analysis,this study established the evaluation model of green supply chain of local vegetable enterprises in Beijing city,which provided the evaluation basis for the development of the supply chain of vegetable enterprises.Through the empirical analysis of Beicaiyuan company,the evaluation model was proved to be feasible.The results showed that the harvesting loss,harvesting time,disposal of waste vegetables and cold chain transportation was of great importance.However,the company′s performance in these aspects did not meet the standard it should do.The company should give priority to the improvement of these factors.
