Abstract:
Using Macleaya cordata fruit pod as material,the internal boiling method was used to extract chelerythrine from Macleaya cordata fruit pod,and the three main factors of internal boiling method to extract chelerythrine,desorption of ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and sulfuric acid concentration,were extracted by single factor experiment.Then,using the response surface analysis method,the extraction process of internal boiling method to extract chelerythrine in Macleaya cordata pods was optimized in order to provide the experimental basis for the development of chelerythrine and other ingredients in the pods.The results showed that the best extraction conditions of chelerythrine were desorption ethanol concentration of 54%,extraction temperature 85 ℃,and sulfuric acid concentration of 0.21 mol?L-1.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of chelerythrine by internal boiling method was 4.63 mg?g-1.
