Abstract:
Jun jujube were used as a test materials,the annual dynamic changes of the contents of 11 mineral elements in the leaves and fruits were studied,in order to improve the nutritional environment of Jun jujube,improve fruit quality,and provide a theoretical basis for rational fertilization.The results showed that during different growth and development stages of Jun jujube,the mineral elements in the leaves and fruits showed different changes,the phosphorus,potassium,magnesium,and sulfur elements in the leaves gradually increased first and then decreased.The trend was that the content of calcium would increase with the increase of leaf age,and would gradually flatten to the half-red period of fruit.The content of iron,manganese,copper and molybdenum would change and interact with the increase of leaf age,but the overall trend was to increase first and then decrease.The content of elemental phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,manganese,zinc,sulfur,and boron was constantly changing,showing a higher content at the fruit setting stage,and then it continued to decrease,while the content of copper in the fruit first increased and then correlation analysis showed that the content of mineral elements in leaves and fruits showed a certain correlation.
