Abstract:
The new strain DW871 of Brassica napus dwarf stem was used as the experimental material.The seedling transplanting method was used in three different environments induding Sinan,Huishui and Huaxi,the effects of different environmental factors on the yield and quality of DW871 were studied,in order to determine the optimal ecological adaptation zone of DW871 in Guizhou Province.The results showed that the average yield of Huaxi was 3 710.20 kg?hm-2,Sinan was the second,2 417.86 kg?hm-2,Huishui was only 2 181.09 kg?hm-2.The average yield of the three places was 2 769.72 kg?hm-2,and the variation was 1 529.11 kg?hm-2,indicating that the environment had a great impact on the yield of DW871.The environment had a great influence on the quality of DW871.The content of oil content (45.59%),protein (29.26%) and linoleic acid (14.31%) in Huishui pilot was higher than the two pilots.The content of glucosinolate (22.26 μmol?g-1) in Huaxi pilot was the lowest;the content of erucic acid (1.39%) in Sinan was the lowest.Correlation analysis showed that the number of pods per plant and 1 000-grain quality per plant were significantly positively correlated with sunshine hours and rainfall;the yield per plant was extremely negatively correlated with the effective accumulated temperature during the whole growth period;the number of seeds per silique and yield were extremely significant with the sunshine hours and rainfall positive correlation.The content of glucosinolate and fat were significantly negatively correlated with rainfall and sunshine hours.Oleic acid was significantly positively correlated with monthly mean temperature and significantly negatively correlated with rainfall and sunshine hours.The results showed that the new strain DW871 was suitable to be popularized in the environment of high altitude,abundant rainfall,sufficient sunshine time and low temperature.
