Abstract:
Taking ‘Dahuang Guniang’ alkekengi as test material,a random block design and a pot planting method were used to study the effects of applying different concentrations of NaCl on the growth of physalis plants and fruit quality.The results showed that low concentration NaCl treatment had little effect on the growth of physalis plants.When the concentration reached 0.25 mol?L-1,its growth index parameter value and enzyme activity were significantly lower than those of the control.The single fruit quality and juice yield decreased with the increase of salt concentration;the fruit hardness,vitamin C content,soluble sugar content,organic acid content all increased first and then decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration,and when NaCl concentration was 0.20 mol?L-1 ,those indexes were the best,which was significantly higher than the control.Although the sugar-acid ratio of the fruit had no regular change,it was also significantly higher than the control at 0.20 mol?L-1NaCl concentration.Taken together,NaCl treatment will inhibit the growth of physalis plants,but will improve the quality of the fruit to a certain extent.Under this test condition,the maximum NaCl concentration that physalis plants could bear was 0.20 mol?L-1,and the fruit quality was optimal under this concentration.
