Abstract:
The paraffin section method was used to compare the leaf anatomical structure of Potentilla supina L.,P.flagellaris Willd.ex Schlecht.,P.chinensis Ser.in Changchun.The leaf anatomical structure was different among the three species.The theoretical basis was provided for the development,utilization and protection of natural resources and taxonomy.The results showed that the leaf type of three species was allogeneic-type leaves.The differences in epidermal cell shape,palisade parenchyma and sponge parenchyma,and the vascular bundle were also reflected the adaptation of plants to the environment.The leaf stomata type of three species of Potentilla L.was irregular-type.The stomatal density,P.chinensis>P.supina>P.flagellaris.The stomatal index,P.flagellaris>P.chinensis>P.supina.The thickness ratio of the palisade parenchyma to the sponge parenchyma of the three species of Potentilla is 1.32,1.17,2.09.
