Abstract:
The proposal of the new strategy of national grain security promoted the transformation of national grain security strategy under the new situation,while the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that ‘China′s economy had changed from a high-speed growth to a high-quality development stage’,which pointed out a new direction and challenges for the development of China′s grain industry.Therefore,it was of great significance to integrate the new national graub security strategy to study the high-quality development path of China′s grain industry.Based on the new strategy of national grain security,this study constructed the connotation system of high-quality development of China′s grain industry,summed up the problems existing in the high-quality development of China′s grain industry by using normative research method,and analyzed the deep-seated causes of the problems based on the value chain theory,and then probed into China′s grain production from the perspectives of grain value chain promotion and grain industry chain extension.The realization path of high quality development of the industry.
