Abstract:
With the rapid development of blueberry at home and abroad,its unique flavor and nutrition are popular with more and more people,and its distinctive health-care function is studied widely and increasingly in many scientific institutions.The health-care functions of blueberry to people were elaborated from different aspects,especially its factors,such as lutein,anthocyanin,Mn,SOD,which present their powerful health-care function because of their unique content,were also stated in this paper.Meanwhile,the existed problems in the research on the health-care of blueberry and its future vision were analyzed,which lay a good foundation for its future development and health-care research.
