Abstract:
‘Jiza 26’ is a new cultivar of Pleurotus ostreatus,breeding the new excellent strain by the technique of Single Spore Crossbreeding,parents are the broad-temperature variety ‘Keji No.1’ and the low-temperature variety ‘2026’,from inoculation to harvest for 30-38 days.The fruit body is stacked,the cap is round,the color of cap is affected by the temperature,under the low temperature it is dark gray,under the high temperature it is grayish white,the stipe length is about 11.39 mm,the cap thickness is about 4.77 mm,and the stipe length is about 31.77 mm,the short interval between tides.The regional test in 2017—2018 showed that the average 100 kg dry material produced 114.58 kg of fresh mushrooms,which was 17.07% higher than the control variety ‘2028’.It is suitable for cultivation in Hebei Province and a large area with similar climate conditions.
