Abstract:
It is broadly acknowledged that green space layout is playing an important role in urban planning and constructions,which is of great significance to promote the integration of urban and rural areas as well as the development and construction of new areas.Based on the evaluation of the carrying capacity of resources and environment,and the suitability evaluation of land space development,the resource constraints and development resistance of green space construction in Shihezi City were analyzed by AHP and GIS spatial analysis method,where the key points of ecological restoration in the future were thus obtained,and the green space layout was also studied.The empirical findings showed that the core construction area in the middle of the city was quite suitable for the development and construction of green space;the southern mountain area was the key point of urban ecological restoration in the future;water resources,public service facilities and landscape resources were proved to be the main constraints that restrict the development and construction of green space;according to the results of evaluation,the most suitable and moderate suitable areas were selected as the urban core green space,and the less suitable areas were treated as the regional ecological restoration green space.Furthermore,with the green space rate reaching 40.86%,the reasonable and proper layout of corridors had formed a green space layout called ‘one core,two districts,three columns,four rows and multi-points’,which would provide decision-making references for the construction of urban green space system.
