Abstract:
Rhynchophylline from Uncaria laevigata Wal.ex G.Don as test material,the effects of microwave-assisted extraction,ultrasound-assisted extraction and ultrasound-microwave synergistic extraction on the yield of rhynchophylline were compared,on the basis of single factor experiment,the optimum ultrasound-microwave synergistic extraction process of the rhynchophylline from Uncaria laevigata Wal.ex G.Don in Jianhe was analyzed by using Box-Behnken design (BBD) with response surface methodology,in order to obtain the optimal ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction parameters for rhynchophylline.The results showed that the yield of rhynchophylline by ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction was much higher than that of ultrasonic-assisted and microwave-assisted extraction.The optimal ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction parameters for rhynchophylline from Uncaria laevigata Wal.ex G.Don in Jianhe were determined as follows 15 minutes of extraction time,46% of ethanol volume fraction,1∶208 g?mL-1 of solid-liquid ratio,150 W of ultrasonic powder,150 W of microwave powder.Under these conditions,the yield of rhynchophylline from Uncaria laevigata Wal.ex G.Don in Jianhe was 52.928 1 mg?g-1,which was cloded to the model predicted value of 52.957 9 mg?g-1.The optimal ultrasound-microwave synergistic extraction process improved the yield of rhynchophylline from Uncaria laevigata Wal.ex G.Don in Jianhe.
