Abstract:
Based on survey data of farmers in Shaanxi and Shandong Provinces,this study used beyond-log stochastic frontier production function to analyze the output elasticity,substitution elasticity and influencing factors of apple production factors under dwarf cultivation mode.The results showed that the health status of farmers and the time of planting fruit trees had a positive effect on the elasticity of mechanical-labor substitution,and the land type had a negative effect on the elasticity of mechanical-labor substitution;the orchard area had a positive effect on the elasticity of mechanical-fertilizer substitution.Land quality had a negative effect on the elasticity of mechanical-fertilizer substitution;the age of the labor force,the length of a skill,and the annual investment time had a positive effect on the elasticity of labor-fertilizer substitution,and land quality had a negative effect on the elasticity of labor-fertilizer substitution.
