Abstract:
The germination rate of Chinese cabbage seeds was measured by single factor plate culture method,the factors and their concentrations that promoted the germination of Chinese cabbage seeds were screened out for orthogonal design,and the optimal combination formula for promoting the germination and growth of Chinese cabbage seeds was determined by pot experiment.The results showed that 0.001 0%,0.002 0% of the wood vinegar of apricot shell;4.0,5.5 g?L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate;2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0 mmol?L-1 glycine and 0.100%,0.125% amino acid aqueous solution could significantly improve the germination rate of Chinese cabbage seeds.The orthogonal design formula of 0.01% wood vinegar,5.5 g?L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate,0.083% amino acid aqueous solution,4.0 mmol?L-1 glycine could significantly promote seed germination,improve seed quality and increase cabbage yield.
