Abstract:
Taking the diseased morel ascocarps as materials and isolates from diseased mushrooms as objects,the taxonomic status of the pathogen was studied by morphological characteristics combined with sequence analysis of internal transcribed sequence (ITS).In order todetermine the pathogen of morel white rot,the pathogen was validated by experiments of re-inoculation according to the requirements of Koch postulates.The results showed that the pathogen of morel white rot was Aspergillus sp.
