Abstract:
The ginseng flower was used as material, polysaccharide in ginseng flower was extracted by ultrasonic method.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,extraction time,pH of solvent,extraction temperature and extraction times on the extraction rate of polysaccharide were investigated.Response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide.The results showed that the influencing factor of the extraction rate of polysaccharide was liquid-solid ratio>pH of solvent>extraction time.When the liquid-solid ratio was 22∶1 mL?g-1,the extraction time was 39 minutes, and the pH of solvent was 10.5,the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 4.19%.The fitting degree between the measured and theoretical values was good,and the optimized conditions were suitable for the extraction of polysaccharide in ginseng flower.
