Abstract:
In order to exploit wild Ziziphus acidojujuba germplasms at Huanghua ancient chenier,fruit traits variation of Ziziphus acidojujuba based on test of fruit morphology and nutrition index was explored using 18 Ziziphus acidojujuba germplasms at Huanghua ancient chenier.Ziziphus acidojujuba fruit traits showed obviously variation and significant differences among germplasms.Compared to other fruit morphology indexes,single fruit weight had the CV maximum of 3012% and fruit transverse diameter had the CV minimum of 565%.In fruit nutrition indexes,sugar-acid ratio showed the CV maximum of 5947% and soluble sugar had the CV minimum of 3881%.In addition,single fruit weight was a very significant positive correlation with fruit transverse diameter and significant positive correlation with single kernel weight and sugar acid-ratio,respectively.However,titrable acid was very significant negative correlation with single fruit weight and sugar-acid ratio.
