Abstract:

There are many problems in production of oyster mushroom in north summer.In order to stable the yield of oyster mushroom in summer and expand the advantage of ‘South to North’ in the northern region,according to the team′s many years experience in oyster mushroom related research and prophase investigation.This study had formulated and standardized the cultivation technology of oyster mushroom in the trench type greenhouse in north summer.Through the methods of greenhouse consrtuction,cultivation process,harvesting and packaging,pest control and production file managemant,this study provided guidance for the cultivation of oyster mushroom in north summer.
