Abstract:
The DNA sequence of Schisandra chinensis Baill in the NCBI nucleic acid database were taken as the research object.The sequence characteristics of the four target fragments of ITS2,PEPC,trnH-psbA and matK were studied by using MEGA 6.0 and DnaSP6 software analysis methods,in order to obtain the genetic diversity and germplasm of Schisandra source of resources.The results showed that fifteen variable sites were found among ITS2 sequences;eleven haplotypes were found among PEPC sequences;the biggest genetic distance was 0.046 occur in ITS2 sequences;PEPC sequences owned highest haplotype diversity 0.985,ITS2 sequences owned highest nucleotide diversity 0.004 93,and all transition/transversion number of four fragments were less than two;and all phylogenetic trees based on four fragments were divided into three clades.
