Abstract:
The hydroponics experiment was carried out with Chinese cabbage ‘Susheng No.1’ as a test crop,setting up six ZnSO4 concentration gradients.The biomass,chlorophyll,nitrate,soluble sugar,vitamin C content,and the absorption of zinc were tested in order to provide reference for cabbage production.The results showed when the content of ZnSO4 was 17.2 mg·L-1,the biomass of cabbage reached the maximum,fresh,dry biomass,and vitamin C content were 2.09 times,2.14 times,and 6.41 times as control,while the content of nitrate nitrogen decreased by 42.39% to control.The application of zinc fertilizer increased the content of chlorophyll and had effect on soluble sugar.At a certain condition,increasing the content of zinc significantly promoted the growth,the absorption of zinc,and improved nutritional quality of the Chinese cabbage.
