Abstract:
Taking the lotus leaf from Weishan lake as test material,on the basis of single factor experiment,the optimum ultrasound-assisted extraction process of polyphenols from lotus leaf was analyzed by using Box-Behnken design(BBD)with response surface methodology.The extraction process of kinetic was studied by establishing four kinds of mathematical models.The applicability of the model was analyzed by four kinds of model evaluation parameters including the precise factor (Af),the deviation factor (Bf),root mean square error (RMSE) and the coefficient of determination (R2).The results showed that at the condition of ethanol volume fraction 68%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶25 g·mL-1,extraction temperature 40 ℃ and extraction time 38 minutes,the yield of polyphenols from lotus leaf was 3.231%.Two kinds of nonlinear growth model,namely Sgompertz model and Slogistic1 model could better fit kinetics.The process parameters of ultrasound-assisted extraction and dynamical mathematical model,both could be used for engineering enlarge and optimal control for extraction process of polyphenols from lotus leaf.
