Abstract:
Taking pepper variety ‘Xiangla No.14’ as the experimental material,using field experiment,effects of CK(no fertilizer),CF(chemical fertilizer),COF1(70% chemical fertilizer+30% organic fertilizer),COF2(50% fertilizer+50% organic fertilizer),COF3(30% fertilizer+70% organic fertilizer) and OF(organic fertilizer) on pepper yield and quality were studied.The results indicated that reduced chemical fertilizer and increased organic fertilizer could significantly increase plant height,development degree and fruit yield of pepper.The plant height and yield of pepper treated with 50% chemical fertilizer and 50% organic fertilizer increased by 3.53%-14.26% and 13.90%-49.36% respectively compared with those treated with fertilizer.Fertilization could significantly increase the content of vitamin C,protein,soluble sugar and capsaicin in pepper.Compared with chemical fertilizer application alone,organic fertilizer application could also significantly reduce the nitrate content of pepper fruit.The content of H2O2 in 50% chemical fertilizer and 50% organic fertilizer treatment was the lowest,which was 0.75 μmol·mg-1,significantly lower than those in other treatments.In conclusion,reducing chemical fertilizer and increasing organic fertilizer was one of the key ways to improve the yield and fruit quality of pepper.The COF2(50% fertilizer+50% organic fertilizer) was the recommended fertilization measures to promote the production and quality of pepper cultivation in yellow loam soil.
