Abstract:
The pathogen of spot type Allium tuberosum grey mould was used as the research object.The pathogen was identified according to Koch′s Rule,observation of morphological characteristics and SCAR marker detection,and the biological characteristics of pathogen were studied.The results showed that the pathogen of spot type A.tuberosum grey mould was Botrytis squamosa,and the mycelial growth of B.squamosa had strong adaptability to environmental conditions.The mycelia was insensitive to light,and could grow well in the weak acidic (pH 50-70) medium with glucose,fructose,inositol and D-galactose as carbon sources,under the cool conditions of 15-25 ℃.The optimum carbon source,pH,and temperature for mycelial growth of B.squamosa was glucose,60 and 20 ℃,respectively.At 30 ℃,the mycelial growth slowed down significantly,and at 35 ℃,the mycelial growth stop.
