Abstract:
The 6-year-old single main-shaped ‘Yanhong’ and ‘Shahong’ two peach species were used as test materials.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using the Elx800 microplate reader,to study on the contents of endogenous hormone in mature fruits,bark,branches and shoots of peach trees for the different angle of backbone branches,in order to explore the distribution of endogenous hormones at different angles of the backbone,to provide theoretical guidance for production.The results showed that the contents of gibberellin(GA) and auxin(IAA) in the backbone branches angle of 45° were significantly higher than the other two treatments in mature fruits,bark,branches and shoots,the contents of zeatin nucleoside (ZR) and abscisic acid (ABA) in the backbone branches angle of 45° were significantly lower than the other two treatments;further research indicated that ZR/GA,ZR/IAA,ABA/GA,ABA/IAA were the largest in the backbone branches angle of 45°,the second was the backbone branches angle of 30°,the lowest was the control (the backbone branches angle of 0°);the content of endogenous hormone had a difference for mature fruits,bark,branches and shoots in the different varieties of peach.
