Abstract:
Based on the genomic data of Rhododendron delavayi,15 ARF genes were identified by blast comparison program using Arabidopsis ARFs (AtARF) as references,named RdARF.In order to in-depth study or further clone these genes,bio-informatics analysis was carried out to analyze their structures,physio-chemical properties and phylogenetic relationships.The results showed that all the 15 ARF genes of Rhododendron delavayi contained introns and exons,conservative B3 and Auxin-resp domains,serine (Ser.),threonine (Thr.) and tyrosine (Tyr.) phosphorylation sites,and there were 10 kinds of conserved motifs totally in 15 RdARF proteins,five subgroups (Ia,Ib,IIa,IIb and III) between 15 RdARF and 23 AtARF and 4 different expression patterns response to drought stress.
