Abstract:
The wild mushroom that was collected from the reed beach of the Bosten Lake in Xinjiang,was used as experimental materials.The identification of Agaricus balchaschensis was carried out by morphology and rDNA ITS sequence analysis,and the chemical composition in fruiting body was preliminarily determined by systematic chemical pretest method.The results showed that the wild mushroom was Agaricus balchaschensis Samgina & G.A.Nam,and its fruit body contained amino acids,polypeptides,proteins,polysaccharides,glycosides,organic acids,phenols,tannins,steroids,triterpenes,flavonoids,lactones,volatile oils and other chemical constituents.Agaricus balchaschensis of Bosten Lake was rich in nutrition,and was a kind of edible mushroom with great development value.
