Abstract:
Taking 5-year-old ‘Beimei’ grapevine as experimental material,the effect of branch sprayed chlorphopham and maleic hydrazide in dormancy period on grape germination and the resistance to spring frost of new shoot were studied.The results showed that the phenological period with maleic hydrazide and chlorphopham treatment were delayed 1-4 days,the germination rate and shoot length were reduced,and increased the length of shoots.The sugar and proline content in shoots were increased,and the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content were decreased,and freezing rate was decreased in the end.Treatment with 3 g?L-1 chlorphopham and 10 g?L-1 maleic hydrazide could significantly reduced the rate of freezing to the shoots,and the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content of the shoots.At the same time,the soluble sugar and proline content were significantly increased.So branch spayed appropriate concentrations of maleic hydrazide and chlorphopham in dormancy period could delayed phenology stage,increase the content of proline and soluble sugar,reduce the membrane permeability and malondialdehyde content,in the end,the resistance of spring frost was increased.
