Abstract:
The effects of IBA concentration,number of remained leaflet and stromata on the survival of Pseudocalymma alliaceum were studied by orthogonal design of three factors and three levels with budding stems as cuttings,in order to provide a basis for optimizing the cuttage propagation technology of Pseudocalymma alliaceum.The results showed that IBA concentration had no significant difference in rooting and sprouting indexes.The number of remained leaflet only had significant difference in the proportion of two buds,but had no significant difference in rooting rate,root number,root length,sprouting rate and proportion of one bud.Except for no significant difference in root length,stromata had significant differences in rooting rate,root number,sprouting rate,proportion of one bud and proportion of two buds.The optimum treatments for cutting of Pseudocalymma alliaceum were to dip in IBA at 100 mg?L-1,retain 2 leaves and use loess as cutting stromata.
