Abstract:
Taking Polygonatum odoratum as research material,the chlorophyll content,gas exchange parameters and quality indexes of Polygonatum odoratum L.were determined to study the differences in photosynthetic characteristics and quality of Polygonatum odoratum under different fertilizer application conditions.The results showed that,compared with the without fertilization,the combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer could significantly increase the chlorophyll content and photosynthesis,increase the content of flavonoids,polysaccharides and saponins,and improve the yield and quality of bambaraceae.The highest yield of Polygonatum odoratum is NPK 2∶1∶2.The total nutrient content was 11.9% (T3),which was the highest in flavonoids.The highest content of polysaccharides and saponins was NPK 2∶1∶4 and total nutrient content 9.0% (T4).The results showed that T4 was lower than T3,16.61% less than T3,yield was 14.64% lower than T3,flavonoid content was 3.40% lower than T3,polysaccharide and saponin content were 8.40% and 13.80% higher than T3,respectively.The amount was small,the fertilizer ratio was excellent,and the benefit was good,which was the best fertilizer ratio mode.
